2022 XBIZ Berlin Show Schedule Announced

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce the release of the full show schedule for XBIZ Berlin 2022. The premier European conference dedicated to connecting digital media pros with content producers and performers makes its long-awaited in-person return Aug. 18-21 at the Catalonia Berlin Mitte Hotel.

The event will once again unite international players for a slate of timely discussion panels, workshops, networking opportunities and special events to foster fresh business opportunities. The conference will culminate with the XBIZ Europa Awards, the adult industry’s biggest night in Europe, on Saturday, Aug. 20, presented by Satisfyer.

On Thursday, Aug. 18, event registration opens at 4 p.m. in the lobby of the Catalonia Berlin Mitte Hotel. Arriving attendees can get an early start by picking up their all-access badges and settling in, before heading to XBIZ Berlin’s official Welcome Reception in the hotel bar that evening, sponsored by LiveUnicorns.

Friday, Aug. 19 marks the first full day of the conference, starting with a complimentary continental breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant. Then it’s speed networking, sponsored by Lustery — a perennially popular networking event and a great way to level-up your business connections.

Two panel sessions kick off at midday, sponsored by YourPaysitePartner. “Content Is King” will feature an update on the current European production scene, covering everything from genre trends to advances in content production and distribution. Meanwhile, a “Meeting of the Minds” open-floor discussion offers performers of all stripes the opportunity to share experiences and learn new ways to grow their brand and monetize their fan base.

Following a complimentary lunch buffet for hotel guests, YourPaysitePartner presents two more highly-focused panels. “Premium Destinations: Making Paysites Pay” will cover strategies for acquiring and retaining subscribers, sourcing traffic, marketing and expanding your content offerings. “Marketing Your Brand via SFW Social Media” will bring together noted performers to share how they grew their earnings by leveraging mainstream platforms and circumventing tight regulations around adult material.

Later in the afternoon, BranditScan presents “Don’t Let Catfishing Kill Your Brand,” an educational workshop about how damaging catfishing can be and how you can take back control. Or for those interested in building a new revenue stream using nothing but their voice, Voiyal presents “Dirty Talk 2.0 — How to Monetize Your Voice With Voiyal.” Plus, from 3 to 4 p.m., influencers and brand reps will be set up in designated areas to host their own micro meetups where attendees can stop by, get to know them and explore business opportunities.

Capping off the afternoon are two more panels. First, join a panel of top stars for “XBIZ Performers of the Year: 2022 Europa Edition” as they discuss their path to success, as well as reveal their strategies for marketing, fan engagement, diversifying revenue streams and more. After that comes “State of the Industry: Europe and Beyond,” where industry thought leaders and visionaries share expert takes on what trends, market shifts, opportunities and challenges are looming for the adult industry.

As the day begins to wind down, it’s time for two fun networking events where webmasters, creators and service providers can link up to learn about one another’s newest offerings and forge valuable connections. The Mix & Meet Marketplace, sponsored by Segpay, takes place in the hotel courtyard, while at the hotel bar, the “Beer Stein & Franks” Happy Hour, sponsored by NovoServe, offers attendees a chance to nosh and network in an informal setting while sampling complimentary beer and traditional German sausages.

Finally, after a jam-packed day of panels and conference happenings, it’s the XBIZ Berlin Bash, where attendees can unwind and enjoy quality time together at the Weekend Club, savoring a scenic rooftop view of Berlin before heading downstairs to celebrate in one of the city’s premier nightclubs.

The following day starts off with another scrumptious continental breakfast buffet and a second speed networking session. Then the afternoon goes into high gear with a fresh slate of panels. At noon, Pineapple Support presents “You Are in Control,” a roundtable discussion on navigating the adult industry, what the last two years have taught us and how we can work together to strengthen our community. Meanwhile, “Staying Power: Strategies for Career Longevity in Adult” convenes a panel of pro performers to discuss how to not only succeed in the business, but make success last.

After a networking lunch break, the FSC and FSC Europe co-present “Defending the Adult Industry in Europe,” featuring representatives from both chapters addressing how industry members can speak with a collective voice and effectively deal with challenges from censorship to piracy. Afterwards, LiveUnicorns presents “A New Era in Camming” to showcase the company’s broadcast platform and how camming is evolving to deliver a customized experience for members while putting talent first. Meanwhile, Hotline presents “Adult x Crypto,” where performers who utilize crypto will discuss its benefits as a payment solution, and where they feel it’s headed in the future. Afterwards, another round of micro meetups takes place in the hotel lobby.

The day’s panels culminate with a timely, don’t-miss session: “Legal Outlook 2022: Europe Edition” features a panel of experts assessing the current legal landscape, policy shifts and age verification mandates, among other hot-button issues facing the industry.

Then the countdown to the evening’s grand finale begins with a pre-awards happy hour, leading up to the crowning event of XBIZ Berlin: the long-awaited in-person return of the XBIZ Europa Awards, hosted by superstars Cherry Kiss and Vince Karter.
